Fade to Black: Small Print Competition

Akua Inks has announced a small print competition, held to highlight their selection of black and gray inks. Printmakers are invited to submit up to five prints using any printmaking process using Bone Transparent Black and/or, Graphite and/or, Paynes Gray and/or, Lamp Black and/or, Carbon Black and/or, Mars Faster Drying Black.

Deadline: March 1, 2012

Also, prizes will be given to the top 3 entrants, who will be selected by an online voting process.

TENTH NATIONAL JURIED EXHIBITION

Eligibility: Open to all artists working in any media and currently residing in the U.S. We expect to review recent work only.(Ceres is unable to accept video or installations at this time.)
Deadline: February 15, 2012
Juror: Samantha Rippner (Curator, Department of Drawings and Prints at the Metropolitan Museum, NYC)
Fees: Non-refundable fee of $40 for up to 3 images on CD, $5 for each additional image with no limit. For sculptors only: two views of each work (6 images) permitted with no additional fee.3 Cash Awards
