Learn how to make a printed mobile using a linoleum block. This technique combines printmaking with sculpture. The course covers conceptualizing the idea for the mobile, design layout, printing, and assembly. The class kit includes dowels, nylon string, hooks, paper, and linoleum plate. Geometric solids and origami forms will also be addressed. No previous printmaking experience needed. Good for all ages.

  • Moses Ros-Suárez is a sculptor, painter, and printmaker whose prints are in the collection of the Smithsonian American Art Museum and El Museo del Barrio among others. He has created permanent public sculpture and has exhibited internationally.
