Submit your prints to MGC’s forthcoming International Miniature Print Exhibition. Submission open in April of 2019.
Participants will prepare a 9 x 12 ins copper plate with hard ground and rule out the
plate with rectangles and squares no more than 9 square inches each. Using the
intaglio techniques of etching and aquatint combined with mezzotint, drypoint and
engraving, each artist will work on several images simultaneously. After proofing, the plate will then be cut in to individual plates enabling the artist to submit as many prints as they wish. Anthony Kirk, a Master Printer, will print an impression of each plate that the artist intends to submit.
