Art Gym Denver is inviting artists to submit work to the 2nd Annual imPressed National Call For Entry Printmaking Exhibit. This exhibition aims to highlight current trends in contemporary American printmaking and shine a spotlight on a cross-section of artists working in a variety of traditional, alternative, and experimental print processes. Printmaking methods to be submitted may include but are not limited to: screen print, intaglio, photopolymer, photogravure, stone lithography, plate lithography, relief, 3D printing, laser engraving, steam roller, book arts, etc.

Exhibition dates: March 30 - April 22, 2017

BROOKLYN WATERFRONT ARTISTS COALITION: CALL FOR ENTRIES

Recycle 2017, the Brooklyn Waterfront Artists Coalition’s national juried show of art crafted from cast‐off, discarded, and re‐purposed materials, will be a celebration of ingenuity and imagination. We are seeking to exhibit sophisticated two‐ and three‐ dimensional art created in the re‐use genre.

PRINTMAKING NOW!

Umpqua Valley Arts Association is proud to present an open call for artists to submit work to our upcoming exhibit: Printmaking NOW! This juried exhibition will explore ideas and various modes of contemporary printmaking.

11TH BIENNIAL INTERNATIONAL MINIATURE PRINT COMPETITION

The Center for Contemporary Printmaking announces the 11th Biennial International Miniature Print Competition and Exhibition. This juried competition and exhibition, limited to works that are no more than four square inches (25.8 square cm), encourages artists to explore the miniature print format and provides them with an opportunity for exhibition. It is also an opportunity for artists and the public to view the current concerns of printmakers from around the world. Since its inception in 1997, the competition has attracted entries by more than 1500 artists from around the world and across the U.S.A.

3RD ANNUAL 'ON PAPER' INTERNATIONAL PRINTMAKING AWARD 2017

ON PAPER is a project to promote the art of printmaking and develop connections between printmakers around the world. It is based in Barcelona and run by an art association with Nuria Melero as a main organiser. All submitted work will be displayed in the online gallery. A shortlisted group of artists, selected by an international jury, will have their work shown at the Chicago (USA) Printmakers Collaborative.

AFTER DARK 6

After Dark 6 is a show celebrating darkness and the varied reactions emblematic to this subject matter…nighttime, dark humor, dark fantasies, dark matter, etc. Greg Moon Art of Taos hosts this national show. Entries are being accepted in painting, drawing, printmaking, photography, sculpture, mixed media, fiber arts, glass, digital printed media, and assemblage.
