REGISTRATION FOR SUMMERINK 2012 OPENS ON MARCH 15, 2012
Registrations are accepted via email or mail. Download and print the registration form or pick it up in our workshop. Fill it up and email it as an attachment to registration@manhattangraphicscenter.org, or mail it to Manhattan Graphics Center, 250 West 40th Street, 5th floor, New York, NY 10018.  After you mail or email your registration form, please call us to confirm that we received it and that you are registered.
Annual artist membership of $35 is required to register in any workshop or open studio in summerink 2012. In addition to 10% discount on art supplies in many New York stores, MGC members are eligible for exhibition opportunities, a presence on the MGC web gallery, and other benefits listed  here.

Payments are due upon registration and are accepted via check, payable to Manhattan Graphics Center. Or, call us at 212-219-8783 to pay via credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY

... if you want to or have to cancel your registration
If you registered for a class/workshop, you can cancel your registration at least 15 days or more before the started date of the class/workshop and MGC will refund 75% of the tuition and materials fee (if applicable). There is no refund if you cancel less than 15 days before the class/workshop starts. Please note that the membership fee is not refundable. There is no credit for missed days or unused workshop time.

...if MGC has to cancel a class/workshop
There is a minimum enrollment required for a class/workshop to run. Occasionally, MGC has to cancel a class/workshop due to underenrollment. MGC usually makes the decision to cancel classes/workshop that are under enrolled one week before the class/workshop is scheduled to run. If you need to know whether or not your class will run earlier than this, please contact us at 212-219-8783 or email us at registration@manhattangraphicscenter.org.

 

When MGC has to cancel a class/workshop due to faculty illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify all registered students/participants. You may then enroll in another workshop based on availability or receive a full refund of tuition and materials fee (if applicable). MGC is not responsible for losses incurred on travel arrangements.


Waiting list

When a class/workshop fills, we start a waiting list. If space becomes available, we contact the first person on the list. That person then has 24 hours to register before we move on to the next person. If a space becomes available within 15 days of the start of a class/workshop, the registrar may call all persons on the waiting list and the space will be given to whoever registers first.


Workshops fill up quickly, please register early.



DISCOUNTS

Artists 65 and older or between the ages of 17 and 24 receive a 10% discount on tuition only (not membership), with presentation of proof of age.
